ConnCAN’s Patrick Riccards sheds light on the achievement gap illusion

This week, we’re discussing the state of education reform in Connecticut, which is, of note, the U.S. state with the largest achievement gap.

Tomorrow we’ll be de-briefing from Tuesday’s presentation by ConnCAN’s CEO, Patrick Riccards. Here’s a recent article by Riccards on the ConnCAN blog (we’re still trying to verify the claim that a state commissioner called the achievement gap “an optical illusion”).
